Terms of service

TERMS OF SERVICE

Nana Dew Skin
Effective date: August 23, 2026

THE NANA DEW SKIN CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) explain the rules that apply when you visit, interact with, or purchase through the online storefront operated under the trade name Nana Dew Skin (the “Store”). In these Terms, “Nana Dew Skin,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Store operator, and “you” and “your” refer to the visitor, customer, account holder, or purchaser using the Store.

Please read these Terms before using the Store or placing an order. By using the Store, creating an account, or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Store. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or replace a right or remedy that applicable consumer law does not permit you to waive.

BEFORE YOU SHOP

Store identity and how to reach us

Nana Dew Skin offers beauty, skincare, personal-care, and related merchandise through a Shopify-hosted storefront. Nana Dew Skin—not Shopify—is the seller of products purchased from us and is responsible for order fulfillment, customer service, returns, and refunds. Shopify supplies ecommerce infrastructure and may process information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Questions about these Terms or an order may be sent to the contact details at the end of this document. To help us locate an order, include the purchaser’s name, order number, and a brief description of the request. Please do not email full payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Policies that travel with your order

Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and any product-specific terms displayed before checkout are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Together, those documents form the agreement governing your use of the Store and each accepted order.

If two provisions conflict, the more specific product or promotional term controls for that product or promotion; the Return and Refund Policy controls the return procedure; the Shipping Policy controls fulfillment details; and these Terms control general Store use. Mandatory law always controls where it provides greater protection. A policy change published after we accept an order will not retroactively reduce the rights attached to that order.

Age, capacity, and authority

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence to place an order, or you must use the Store with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. Products are offered for personal use and are not directed to children.

If you purchase on behalf of another person, company, or organization, you represent that you have authority to provide the delivery information, complete the transaction, and bind that purchaser to the portions of these Terms applicable to the order. You remain responsible for ensuring that the recipient is informed of product directions, ingredients, warnings, and safety information.

Accounts and credential security

An account may be offered for convenience but is not required unless checkout says otherwise. Information supplied to us must be current, accurate, and complete. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent the activity results from our failure to use legally required safeguards.

Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may ask for reasonable verification before changing account details or discussing an order. We will not ask you to send a password or complete payment-card number by email.

Fair-use boundaries

You may use the Store only for lawful shopping, product research, customer support, and other legitimate personal purposes. You must not:

use the Store to violate a law, another person’s rights, or payment-network rules;

submit false identity, payment, delivery, tax-exemption, return, or chargeback information;

introduce malware, harmful code, automated scraping, credential attacks, or tools that interfere with security or ordinary operation;

copy, harvest, reverse engineer, frame, or commercially exploit Store content except as permitted by law or our written authorization;

impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, or use an account without permission;

purchase products for unlawful diversion, unauthorized resale, export, or sanctions evasion; or

abuse promotions, returns, reviews, customer-service channels, or fraud-prevention systems.

These restrictions do not prohibit lawful price comparison, accessibility tools, search-engine indexing, security research protected by law, truthful consumer reviews, or the exercise of a statutory right.

Accessibility and assistance

We aim to make the Store and our customer support usable by people with disabilities. If a feature, product description, policy, or checkout step is difficult to access, contact us and describe the information or assistance needed. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative and will not charge extra merely because a reasonable accessibility accommodation is requested.

CHOOSING PRODUCTS

Product information and visual presentation

We work to present names, sizes, quantities, directions, ingredients, materials, colors, and images accurately. Screens, lighting, photography, manufacturing batches, and packaging updates can create minor differences between an image and the item received. A minor, non-material variation is not necessarily a defect, but we will address an item that is materially different from the description or otherwise nonconforming as required by law and our policies.

Packaging, design, or ingredient information may be updated by a manufacturer. The label and instructions accompanying the delivered product are the most current source for use, storage, warnings, and ingredient information. If a product-page statement materially conflicts with the delivered label, do not use the item until you have contacted us.

We may correct typographical or technical errors. Before accepting an order, we may withdraw a mistaken listing or correct an obvious error. After acceptance, we will not substitute a materially different item or increase the agreed price without your express agreement; if we cannot fulfill the accepted order as promised, we will offer the remedy required by applicable law, which may include cancellation and a prompt refund.

Cosmetics, wellness statements, and medical boundaries

Unless a listing expressly and lawfully states otherwise, cosmetics and personal-care products sold through the Store are intended to cleanse, beautify, promote attractiveness, or alter appearance. Product descriptions, reviews, routines, tutorials, and customer-support responses are general informational content. They are not medical advice and do not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease.

Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of Store content. Ask a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a diagnosed condition, take medication, have a history of severe allergies, or are uncertain whether an ingredient is appropriate for you. Seek urgent medical help for a severe reaction or emergency.

No employee or customer-service response creates a medical guarantee. Any legally authorized drug claim, if applicable, will appear in the product’s regulated labeling and should be followed exactly.

Ingredients, sensitivities, and individual results

Read the complete ingredient list, directions, warnings, and expiration or period-after-opening information before use. Avoid known allergens and do not use a product if its safety seal appears broken, its container is damaged, or its appearance or odor suggests contamination. Use only as directed, store products appropriately, keep them away from children, and avoid sharing items where doing so may be unhygienic.

Skin type, environment, routine, technique, and other individual factors influence results; therefore, testimonials, reviews, photographs, and typical-use descriptions are not guarantees that every customer will experience the same result. When appropriate, conduct a patch test according to the label. Stop use and obtain appropriate advice if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.

These precautions do not excuse a defective, contaminated, mislabeled, adulterated, or unsafe product and do not reduce any right you may have under product-liability, warranty, recall, or consumer-protection law.

Prices, taxes, and total cost

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the Store clearly states otherwise. The product price, discounts, shipping charge, and estimated tax are displayed during checkout before you submit the order. Applicable sales, use, or similar taxes are calculated using the information available to us, including the delivery destination. You are responsible for charges properly disclosed and lawfully imposed on the transaction.

We may change prospective prices at any time, but a later price change does not alter an accepted order. If a displayed price is obviously erroneous, we may reject the order before acceptance or ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. If we already collected funds for an order we do not accept, we will return them to the original payment method.

Promotions, codes, and store-value products

Promotions are subject to the eligibility, product, geography, timing, and redemption terms shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined, copied, sold, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively. We may decline use obtained through fraud, automation, duplication, or material violation of the stated offer rules. We will not cancel a legitimate discount merely because a customer publishes an honest review or complaint.

Gift cards, store credits, and similar value products are governed by the terms presented when issued and by applicable unclaimed-property, expiration, fee, and redemption laws. Where law prohibits expiration or service fees, the legal protection controls.

Availability, purchase limits, and resale

Inventory indicators are estimates and an item in a cart is not reserved until the order is accepted. We may set reasonable quantity limits, refuse suspected bot purchases, or cancel orders that reasonably appear fraudulent, commercially diverted, or intended for unauthorized resale. Any restriction will be applied consistently and not for an unlawful discriminatory reason.

If an item becomes unavailable after payment authorization or capture, we will notify you and release the authorization or provide a prompt refund for the unavailable item. We will not replace it with a different product without your permission.

CHECKOUT AND ORDER FORMATION

What your order submission means

Placing an order is your offer to purchase the identified items at the price and on the terms displayed at checkout. An automated order-received email confirms that we received the offer; it does not necessarily mean we have accepted it. We accept an order when we send an express acceptance or shipping confirmation, or when we otherwise begin fulfillment in a manner that clearly indicates acceptance. Acceptance may occur separately for items shipped in separate packages.

We may decline an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons such as unavailable stock, an obvious listing error, inability to verify payment or delivery information, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or an address we do not serve. If payment has been captured for a declined portion, we will refund that amount.

Payment authorization and billing accuracy

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the disclosed order total. You represent that you are permitted to use that method and that billing information is accurate. A temporary authorization hold may differ from a final charge and may remain visible until the issuing institution releases it.

Payment processing may be performed by independent providers under their own privacy and security terms. We do not receive or store every element of the payment credentials entered at checkout. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause unfulfilled portions while we contact you, but we will not demand a different payment method through an unsafe or undisclosed channel.

Verification and fraud screening

To protect customers and the Store, we may use proportionate automated and manual checks involving order, payment, device, account, and delivery information. We may request reasonable confirmation of identity, authorization, or address. Do not send government identification unless we specifically explain why it is needed and provide an appropriate method.

A verification request does not guarantee acceptance. If we cannot resolve a material risk, we may decline or cancel the affected order and refund captured amounts. Fraud screening will not be used to deny service unlawfully, and you may contact us if you believe a legitimate order was rejected in error.

Corrections, changes, and cancellations

Review names, products, quantities, email addresses, and delivery details before submitting an order. If you discover an error, contact us immediately. We will make a reasonable attempt to help before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation request will reach the warehouse in time.

If an order has already entered fulfillment or shipped, the applicable return procedure may be the available route. We will never require a customer to surrender nonwaivable cancellation or refund rights. We may cancel an unfulfilled order when reasonably necessary for stock, safety, fraud, pricing-error, payment, or legal reasons and will explain the material reason where practicable.

No undisclosed recurring charge

A one-time product checkout does not authorize a subscription or recurring charge. If we later offer a subscription, membership, trial, or automatic-renewal plan, its price, frequency, renewal method, cancellation procedure, and other material terms will be presented clearly before enrollment, and we will obtain the consent required by law. Those separate terms will control the recurring program. You may cancel through the disclosed method, and any renewal reminder or confirmation required by law will be provided.

FULFILLMENT AND AFTER-SALE SUPPORT

Shipping promises and delay choices

We ship only to destinations made available at checkout. Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed. A carrier scan, unusual weather, demand surge, customs event, or other circumstance may affect an estimate, but we remain responsible for complying with applicable order-fulfillment rules.

We will have a reasonable basis for any stated shipping time. If no shipping time is stated, we will ship within the period required by the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, generally within 30 days. If we cannot ship on time, we will send an appropriate delay notice and request any consent required to a revised date, or provide a cancellation and prompt refund option. Silence will not be treated as consent when the law requires affirmative consent.

Addresses, delivery records, and missing parcels

You are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address. Contact us quickly if an address is wrong. We may charge a carrier-imposed reshipment cost when a package is returned because the customer supplied an inaccurate or incomplete address, but only after disclosing the charge and obtaining agreement. We do not charge such a cost when the addressing error was ours.

A carrier’s delivery scan is relevant evidence, not an automatic waiver of your claim. Report a package that is missing, misdelivered, damaged, or incomplete as soon as reasonably possible. We may ask you to confirm the delivery location, check with household members, preserve packaging, provide photographs, or cooperate with a carrier inquiry. These requests do not eliminate statutory rights or shift responsibility for our own fulfillment error.

Inspecting the shipment

Please compare the delivered contents with the packing information and inspect products before opening or use. Prompt notice helps us preserve evidence and resolve a problem efficiently. A failure to notify us within a short customer-service period does not extinguish a warranty, product-safety, latent-defect, or other right that applicable law provides for a longer period.

For a wrong, missing, damaged, leaking, contaminated, expired, or materially nonconforming product, contact us with the order number and useful photographs if safe to take them. Do not continue using a product that may be unsafe. Depending on the circumstances and the law, we may provide a replacement, refund, repair where meaningful, or another appropriate remedy.

Return eligibility and the 30-day request window

Unless a product page states a longer period, you may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. An ordinary change-of-mind return is eligible when the item is unused, unopened, in resalable condition, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare, and personal-care goods ordinarily cannot be returned for a change of mind when they cannot safely be resold. This hygiene restriction does not apply to a claim that the product was defective, damaged, contaminated, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, materially misdescribed, or subject to another legal remedy. Items clearly marked “final sale” before purchase, customized goods received as ordered, and gift cards may also be ineligible for a discretionary return, subject always to mandatory law.

To begin, email support@nanadewlab.online before sending an item. We will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions and destination. The public business address listed below is not necessarily the return-processing location, so an item sent there without instructions may be delayed. A reasonable procedural mistake will not be used to defeat a nonwaivable consumer right.

Free approved returns and no restocking fee

For an approved, eligible return sent from within the United States, Nana Dew Skin will provide a prepaid return-shipping method or otherwise cover the authorized return-shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee. Use the provided method and obtain a carrier receipt. Extra costs from an unapproved expedited service, international routing, or packaging beyond what is reasonably needed are not reimbursable unless we agreed in writing or the law requires it.

We do not offer a guaranteed direct exchange for every change-of-mind return. When an exchange is unavailable, you may return an eligible item and place a new order. Defective, damaged, wrong, or recalled items will receive the remedy required by law and our applicable policy.

Refund amount and timing

After an approved return arrives, we will inspect it and notify you of the decision. An eligible refund includes the price paid and applicable tax for the returned item. Original outbound shipping is refunded when the return results from our error, a defect, damage, material nonconformity, or another circumstance in which the law or our published policy requires it; otherwise, a disclosed original shipping charge may be nonrefundable.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after inspection. A financial institution may need additional time to post the credit. If the original method cannot receive the refund, we will arrange a lawful alternative. We will not substitute store credit for a refund when you are legally entitled to money back.

If a returned item shows use, damage, missing components, or a condition inconsistent with the approved return reason, we will not impose an undisclosed deduction. We will contact you, explain the evidence and proposed outcome, and preserve any remedy required by law.

Defects, warranties, and safety reports

Commercial return rules are separate from warranty and product-safety rights. A short return window does not eliminate a claim for a latent defect or breach of an applicable warranty. California retail sales of consumer goods may carry implied warranties, including merchantability and, in appropriate circumstances, fitness for a particular purpose, under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. Nothing in these Terms disclaims those protections where they apply.

If a manufacturer provides a written warranty, its document identifies the warrantor, coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim process. Nana Dew Skin will not falsely represent a manufacturer’s warranty as our own, and a product registration step will not reduce warranty rights unless applicable law permits that result.

Report suspected contamination, tampering, serious adverse events, or other safety concerns promptly. Include the product name, lot or batch code, purchase date, and a description if available. Preserve the product and packaging when safe to do so. For emergencies, seek immediate medical assistance before contacting customer service.

Recalls and corrective notices

If we learn that an offered product is subject to a recall or material safety correction, we may use available order contact information to send instructions. Follow the notice and stop using the product if directed. A recall remedy may include return, replacement, disposal, or refund and is not narrowed by the ordinary change-of-mind policy. We may also remove a listing or halt fulfillment while a safety issue is assessed.

PRIVACY, COMMUNICATIONS, AND CONTENT

Personal information and service providers

Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, how it may be disclosed, applicable retention practices, and the choices available to you. We may use Shopify and other service providers for hosting, payments, analytics, fraud prevention, communications, shipping, and support. Those providers may process information to perform services for us and, where disclosed, for their own permitted purposes.

Do not submit another person’s information unless you are authorized to do so. If you send a gift, you authorize us to use the recipient’s name, address, and related information to complete delivery and handle the order. You should not use gift fields to send unlawful, threatening, deceptive, or unwanted content.

California privacy choices

If Nana Dew Skin is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act or another applicable privacy statute with respect to you, we will honor covered rights such as requests to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, as well as rights to opt out of sale or sharing and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information when applicable. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a protected privacy right.

Where legally required, we will recognize an eligible browser-based opt-out preference signal, including Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for that browser or device. Verification may be required for some requests, and an authorized agent may be asked to provide proof of authority. Details and request methods belong in the Privacy Policy.

Transactional and marketing messages

We may send transactional messages reasonably necessary to operate the Store, including order confirmations, fraud or security notices, shipping updates, recall communications, and responses to support requests. These are different from marketing communications.

We send promotional email or text messages only on the consent basis required by applicable law. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase unless lawfully disclosed for a particular program. You may unsubscribe using the message instructions; an opt-out may take a reasonable processing period, and you may still receive nonmarketing messages about an active transaction. Message and data rates may apply to texts if a separate text program is offered.

Reviews, photos, and customer submissions

You keep ownership of original content you submit, such as a product review, photograph, video, comment, or testimonial. By deliberately submitting content for publication, you give Nana Dew Skin a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content for Store operation and marketing, subject to applicable privacy and publicity rights. The license lasts while the content is used for those purposes and may continue for already-created lawful materials, but it does not transfer ownership of your work to us.

You represent that you created the submission or have permission to provide it, and that it does not unlawfully infringe rights, disclose confidential information, impersonate another person, contain malicious code, or make a knowingly false factual accusation. We may moderate or remove content for those reasons, for irrelevance, or to comply with platform rules or law.

We do not prohibit, penalize, or contractually suppress an honest review merely because it is negative. Nothing in these Terms transfers copyright in a consumer review to us or requires advance permission to discuss your genuine experience. If compensation, a free product, or another incentive is offered for a review, the material connection must be clearly disclosed and no particular sentiment is required.

Store materials and permitted personal use

The Store’s layout, graphics, product photography, logos, copy, software, and compilations are owned by or licensed to Nana Dew Skin and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, nontransferable permission to access and use the Store for lawful personal shopping. No trademark license or right to reproduce a substantial part of the Store for commercial use is granted.

This provision does not restrict fair use, nominative use, consumer commentary, comparison, accessibility, interoperability, or any other use permitted by law. If you believe Store content infringes your rights, contact us with enough detail to identify the work and the material at issue.

Third-party tools and destinations

The Store may link to delivery trackers, social platforms, payment wallets, manufacturer pages, or other third-party services. A link is provided for convenience and does not mean we control or endorse every statement, product, security practice, or policy at the destination. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by its own terms.

We remain responsible for our own legal duties and cannot avoid them merely by using a contractor. At the same time, we are not responsible for an independent third party’s unrelated conduct outside our direction or control to the extent the law permits.

Availability, security, and Store changes

We may maintain, update, or temporarily interrupt the Store and may change its assortment, presentation, or features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, but we use measures designed to support reasonable reliability and security. Planned or unplanned downtime does not cancel an already accepted order, and we will provide another reasonable support path if an online tool needed to exercise a time-sensitive right is unavailable.

No internet system is risk-free. You should use current software and reasonable care when opening messages or links. Notify us if a message claiming to be from Nana Dew Skin requests passwords, gift-card payment, cryptocurrency, remote access, or other suspicious action.

WARRANTIES, RESPONSIBILITY, AND DISPUTES

Product promises and nonwaivable warranties

Products will receive any express warranty stated on the product page, label, packaging, or separate warranty document. We also honor implied warranties and statutory guarantees that apply to the sale. For California consumers, these Terms are not an “as is” or “with all faults” disclaimer and do not waive Song-Beverly warranty rights.

Except for promises expressly made and rights imposed by law, we do not guarantee a particular cosmetic result, compatibility with every individual, or uninterrupted availability of a product. Advice about routine or product selection is general and does not create a guarantee of fitness unless the law treats the specific transaction otherwise.

Website-only disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store’s general informational and technical features are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every nonessential feature will always be available, that every display device will render colors identically, or that the Store will be free from all technical errors.

This website-only disclaimer does not disclaim warranties attached to consumer goods, excuse inaccurate material product claims, exclude liability for unsafe or defective products, or limit a remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so they apply only to the extent valid where you live.

A proportionate limit on liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nana Dew Skin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages that were not reasonably foreseeable, when such damages may lawfully be excluded. For other claims arising from Store use, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim or (b) $100.

That limitation does not apply to fraud, fraudulent concealment, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, infringement for which liability cannot be limited, a defective or unsafe product, violation of privacy or data-security duties that cannot be limited, an obligation to refund amounts owed, or any warranty, statutory, or consumer-protection remedy that the law does not allow us to exclude. Your jurisdiction may provide additional rights.

Responsibility for unlawful misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims directly caused by your intentional unlawful misuse of the Store, infringement through content you supplied, or material fraud in an order. If such a claim is asserted, we will give reasonable notice and allow reasonable participation in the defense.

This responsibility does not apply to ordinary consumer use, a good-faith complaint, a truthful review, your exercise of legal rights, or a claim caused by our product, content, negligence, breach, or misconduct. We will not settle a covered claim in a way that admits your fault or imposes a nonmonetary obligation on you without consent.

Events outside reasonable control

Neither party is responsible for a delay caused by an event genuinely beyond reasonable control, such as a natural disaster, widespread carrier disruption, labor interruption, government action, public-health emergency, or major infrastructure failure, provided the affected party takes reasonable steps to reduce the impact. Payment obligations already due are not excused.

This provision does not permit us to keep payment indefinitely for merchandise we cannot ship. Delay notices, consent requests, cancellation opportunities, refunds, and other rights under fulfillment or consumer law continue to apply.

Protective suspension or closure

We may restrict an account or Store access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect security, respond to unlawful conduct, or comply with law. Where practical, the restriction will be proportionate and limited to the relevant activity. Closing or restricting access does not erase obligations concerning accepted orders, refunds, warranties, privacy requests, or accrued claims.

You may stop using the Store at any time. If an account-deletion function is available, deletion may be subject to lawful retention needed for transactions, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, recalls, or other stated purposes.

Resolving a concern without losing legal options

Please email support@nanadewlab.online with your order number, the relevant facts, and the outcome you are requesting. We will review the information and make a good-faith effort to respond. This informal process is optional and is not a condition that shortens a limitation period or prevents you from seeking urgent relief.

You may also use any available payment dispute, small-claims, court, regulator, attorney-general, or other lawful complaint process. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from reporting a matter to the Federal Trade Commission, the California Attorney General, another consumer-protection agency, or law enforcement.

California law, courts, and preserved local rights

California law governs these Terms and accepted orders, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except that mandatory consumer protections of your home jurisdiction continue to apply when they cannot lawfully be displaced. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

If a dispute may lawfully be assigned to a particular forum, the state or federal courts serving Shasta County, California will have jurisdiction. This forum sentence does not prevent an eligible small-claims filing, an agency proceeding, or a consumer from using a court or forum that mandatory law makes available closer to home.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not contain a class-action waiver. Either party may pursue claims and defenses through a court with jurisdiction, subject to ordinary procedural law. We do not require you to waive a jury trial through these Terms.

Future revisions

We may revise these Terms to reflect legal, operational, security, or Store changes. The current version will be posted with a new effective date. A material revision applies prospectively from the disclosed date and does not rewrite the material terms of an order already accepted unless you expressly agree or the change is legally required and preserves accrued rights.

Continued Store use after the effective date of a posted revision means the revised terms govern that later use, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Store. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when applicable law requires it.

How the agreement is interpreted

If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a permanent waiver. Headings are for navigation and do not narrow the text.

You may not transfer an account or assign an accepted order in a way that prejudices payment, fraud controls, product safety, or another person’s rights without our consent. We may transfer our rights and duties as part of a legitimate reorganization, financing, or sale of the business only if the transfer does not reduce your existing consumer rights. Any successor remains responsible for accepted obligations.

These Terms and the incorporated policies are the entire agreement about Store use and accepted orders, except for a written product warranty, promotion, or other specific term presented to you. Electronic notices, confirmations, and records may be used as permitted by law; you may retain a copy of these Terms for your records.
